At the outset, I am pleased to welcome you to the website of the Student Affairs and Electronic Registration Department, which was created to be a means of guidance, assistance and communication with all beneficiaries, especially our students, regarding the instructions and procedures issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and to clarify its procedures, systems and services. It motivates us to always strive to achieve real communication with the rest of the stakeholders within the university (faculties and students) in order to make the department’s role a success. About the date of submission, re-nomination, transfer, hosting and all matters that are directly related to the interest of the student. Therefore, the department decided to activate the department’s website with great and continuous support from the President of the University, Professor Dr. Saad Shaheen. Achieving the highest levels of transparency and reliability in all its procedures. In conclusion, I must point out the important role played by the department’s administrative staff, which works in a team spirit, each according to its specialization, to reach the desired goal, believing in the comprehensive vision of building a knowledge society and reaching the desired goal in providing the best services to our students.
