The University of Basra launches its first free courses within the Jusoor Employment Program
The Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations, in cooperation with the Department of Registration and Student Affairs at the University of Basra, launched its first free courses within the Jusoor Employment Program.
The program, in which about (325) graduates and (26) trainers participate, aims to master computer skills and the English language, and to prepare participants to be placed in the labor market, under the auspices of the United Nations World Food Programme.
The first session, in which Dr. Muhammad Abdel Redha lectured, included training the first group of participants to master the skills of using computer programs, including the Windows operating system, postal correspondence, graphic design, e-commerce, database management, and information security.
