The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, directed public universities to exempt blind students and those with special needs from tuition fees in evening studies for the year 2023/24.
  
 In this context, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has identified colleges, institutes, and departments in thirty-three public universities in which applications for evening studies are available as of September 25, 2023.
  
 The Ministry invites students to review the controls and conditions for application, the available specializations, and their tuition fees:
