The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the issuance of twenty-two new ministerial orders to transfer the services of the first graduates appointed in a number of state institutions to their university formations.
 
 This procedure is based on Article 2 of Law No. 67 of 2017 and the content of the Ministry of Finance’s letter No. 41457 on 7/20/2023 and its annex No. 54555 on 8/24/2023.
 
 The Ministry calls upon the transferees, whose names are indicated below, to complete the procedures of fundamental separation and to proceed to the new distribution destinations.
