The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, inspected the Studies, Planning and Follow-up Department and was briefed on its procedures regarding receiving citizens and facilitating the contexts for dealing with their requests and completing their transactions.
 
 During the inspection tour, the Minister of Education followed the electronic system for central admission, which witnesses the submission of preparatory school graduates for admission to universities for the academic year 2023/2024, calling at the same time to achieve the ambition of students according to their entitlement and aspirations to enroll in the various university disciplines.
 
 In the context of the visit, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, directed to extend the period for receiving the priorities and belongings of foreign students wishing to transfer to Iraqi universities until the twenty-fourth of this September, while he met with a number of citizens and listened to their requests and urged that they be overcome in accordance with possible legal requirements.
