The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, called on middle school graduates with high averages to enroll in management and economics majors in universities.
 
 This came in his speech during the special ceremony on the occasion of the seventy-five years since the founding of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Baghdad, where he explained that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is beginning to implement its first procedures related to the university admission file for the academic year 2023/2024, calling on students to enroll in the disciplines of administration and economics to give  The impetus required to work in the public and private sectors.
 
 And the Minister of Education continued in his speech that these important specializations provided by public universities in particular have priority in the employment file.
 
  For their part, the President of the University of Baghdad, Dr. Munir Al-Saadi, and the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Dr. Sabah Manfi, said that the specificity of these scientific fields, which vary between economics, business administration, statistics, accounting, public administration, industrial management, financial and banking sciences, gains importance from its association with many fields of work in state institutions and the fields of the private sector.  .
 
 The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, concluded the ceremony by honoring a group of scientific and professional personalities who graduated from the College of Administration and Economics and contributed positively to their academic career.
