In an effort to address the cases of students and enable them to fulfill the requirements of university studies, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research decided, based on the legal powers granted to the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Dr.  Morning and evening in public and private universities and colleges.

 In this regard, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research directed universities, colleges and institutes to issue the necessary orders for treatment in accordance with Article (18/third) of the revised Examination Instructions No. 134 of 2000 and to indicate the cases of students according to the approved scientific and academic contexts.
