The Ministry of Higher Education calls on universities to provide it with lists of the names of the top three students in the scientific and humanities departments, "the highest in the morning and evening studies" in accordance with Law 67 of 2017, after Law 67 stipulated the appointment of the first three for morning and evening studies.
