This division performs the following tasks

Admission of military personnel to the College of Law

Preparing the admission plan for the morning and evening studies in each academic year
Editing books related to accepting holders of equivalency certificates, transportation from outside Iraq, validity of chests, addressing embassies, conducting private government education transactions (international parallel education) for the morning and evening studies, addressing the consular Ministry of Foreign Affairs, addressing the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Department of Missions and Cultural Relations / regarding remedial materials for bachelor graduates from Abroad and addressing the Ministry of Education / Evaluation and Equivalence Department regarding the final equivalence of foreign students and the validity of their issuance
The nature of the work of the Attestations and Graduates Division
This division performs the following tasks:
Receiving books received from the Ministry and Iraqi embassies outside Iraq, international educational institutions and general directorates of education in each governorate, as well as state ministries and government departments, recording them in a register and then distributing them to the employees concerned with this work.
Completion of the validity transactions (secret books) (editing books) for the purpose of confirming the authenticity of the issuance of graduation documents for the bachelor's degree, and then addressing the concerned authority in this regard.
Books received from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Central Admission regarding forged students who have been settled by the Ministry of Education for the purpose of circulating them to the university’s faculties for the purpose of canceling their admission and not allowing them to attend.
The monthly position of the authenticity books during each month by checking (cases) in case there are forgers and submitting it to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Office of the Inspector General to take legal measures against the forgery students.
The nature of the work of the Documents Verification Division
This division performs the following tasks
Editing books on breast health and checking student documents for preparatory, vocational, intermediate and elementary studies
Organizing the breast health form for the preparatory study for the years 2002/2003 and above, which includes the exam number of the student or employee to count the validity of the issuance of his document, the school, the branch, and the role he graduated from, and sent to the Ministry of Education / Directorate of Calendar and Examinations / Audit Division (Chest Health) to indicate the observations of the Audit Division It must then be sent to the college or department in the university for safekeeping in the student or employee file.
Participate in the audit committee for publishing the names of graduates and participate in the audit committees

The nature of the work of the Student Affairs Follow-up Division
This division performs the following tasks:
Follow-up the student affairs and registration procedures, record the daily mail of the Admissions Division, the Auditing and Administrative Division, follow up on the completion of books, as well as answer the books received from the university president’s office and provide them with the answer via the Internet. It follows up daily with the department director on the books, avoiding any delay, expressing his observations about the books, and confirming the colleges regarding the answer. overdue.
