Professor Haider Tariq Al-Mohammadawi, Director of the National Peace Center for Human Rights, honored Assistant Professor Dr. Haider Khazal, Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs at the University of Basra, for his efforts to serve the public good and facilitate administrative tasks throughout the University of Basra.
