The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the reopening of the electronic form for transferring students arriving from outside Iraq according to the Al-Sabah International Private Education Channel (governmental and private) for the academic year 2023/2024 for students who were previously registered and did not complete uploading their data through the channel’s electronic portal.
  
 In this regard, the Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up states that applications continue through its portal (www.dirasat-gate.org) until the end of official working hours on Tuesday, 9/19/2023. The Department invites students to review the transfer controls and the application mechanism and steps installed in the application portal.
